We pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders over £150 (including VAT) qualify for free shipping via our FedEx service or may be delivered by our own drivers. We deliver to areas including Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire.

For orders under £150, the following delivery options are available:

24-hour tracked: £15.00
48-hour tracked: £10.00

Faulty items may be returned within either 12 months, from date of delivery, or within the warranty term, whichever is longer. If your item has a warranty, this will be detailed in the product description. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon return, if the item has been tampered with, used in an incorrect manner or otherwise damaged by customer misuse, this will void any return claim or warranty. Customers returning faulty items will be refunded the original price paid, plus any return costs incurred.

Returns Policy

At Ribblesdale Auto Electrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return it. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in pristine, unused condition
  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
  • All included components, accessories, and documentation must be present

Items that are not returned in original condition or packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If your item is found to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return postage. This must be arranged directly through us, so please contact our team to obtain a returns label before sending the item back.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
